The Return of Micro Blogging ?
There is something beyond WordPress, and it is called "Micro.blog".
This morning, I learned about a blogging platform called Micro.blog. Something very special. Very lean. Very light. Without ads. Leaner than WordPress. Yet capable. It is close to Twitter but with less clutter. I’m on a ten-day trial period. I tested the web posting interface. I tested the native macOS (light) client. I tested the iPad version, too. Now, I'm testing cross-posting from WordPress via an IFTTT applet. I’m loving it so far. Stay tuned for more discoveries about Micro.blog.

Five years later, I'm no longer on WordPress (Hello, Ghost), but I'm still on Micro.blog. More than ever. And I love it.
